Refunds & Returns – Nutrition Unpacked Pty Ltd
- By purchasing any service from Nutrition Unpacked Pty Ltd, you agree to the following refund policy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL):
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, reschedule, or refund if a service fails to be delivered with acceptable care, skill, or within a reasonable time.
Nutrition Unpacked Pty Ltd does not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose your service carefully before purchasing. We provide clear descriptions to help you make informed decisions
Clients may reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
If we must cancel your service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule.
If you have paid for a service and it has not been delivered as agreed, please contact us within 7 days. We will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution in line with ACL obligations.

We aim to respond within 3 business days
